Youth Consumption patterns
The Morgan County Partnership administers two different surveys, both of which include measures of substance abuse consumption. The WV Pride survey is administered every two years, most recently in 2003 and 2005, and Search Institute’s Profiles of Student Life: Attitudes and Behaviors was administered in 2001 and 2006. The results of each confirm the other.
