The Morgan County Partnership is now accepting referrals for Prevention and Early Intervention Services on any Morgan County student in the 6th through 12th grade. Referrals can come from many sources, including school administration, teachers, guidance counselors, parents and students can refer themselves.

Referral Form

The referral will be directly received by the Social Worker for Morgan County Schools, who will then schedule a face to face meeting with the referred student and complete a Prevention Screening Assessment. Upon completion, the Social Worker will link and/or refer the student to the appropriate level of services needed. This may include individual and/or group activity or a referral to counseling services through the school guidance program or another outside agency, if necessary.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Gary McDaniel, Social Worker for Morgan County Schools, at 258-2430.
